Most of our appointments are booked in advance so walk in availability is very limited, we therefore recommend making an appointment in advance to ensure your preferred time and stylist is available.

We've made it easy to change or cancel your appointment online, but if you're having navigation troubles, feel free to contact our team on WhatsApp. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of your total appointment cost. And unfortunately, no-shows will result in a charge equal to the cost of your appointment. If you are running late, please let us know via WhatsApp so we can inform your appointed stylist, arrivals more than 15 minutes after the scheduled booking time may result in the appointment being cancelled and a 50% charge of your total appointment cost being applied.

All colour and extensions will require a consultation before performing the service if you are a new client, or if you haven't had the service with us for over 6 months. A patch test is required at least 48 hours before any colour or chemical treatments, it is essential to inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities. If you book an appointment at the time of your consultation, if there are any problems with your patch test, your deposit to secure your appointment will be refunded to you. Your consultation should be booked with the stylist performing the service. If we have to move your appointment over to another member of our team through reasons out of our control, we may require you to come back in for a secondary consultation. During your extensions consultation, we’ll determine the most suitable method and perfectly match your shade. There’s no pressure to decide on the day — we understand that hair extensions are an investment and you’re welcome to take time to consider your options before booking. Once you’re ready to secure your fitting appointment, a deposit is required. We will then order your hair extensions and full payment for the cost of the hair is needed at this stage. Due to card processing fees, payment for hair extensions is accepted via bank transfer only, and our account details will be provided when required. The remaining balance for your fitting service can be paid on the day of your appointment. We allocate a 20 minute slot for all consultations to ensure we have enough time to assess your hair and discuss your requirements. Please arrive to your consultation with freshly washed hair and feel free to bring inspiration photos with you to show your stylist for any type of consultation, as this is always very helpful.

Written parental/guardian consent is required for each child aged 12-16 receiving a technical service – a form will be provided prior to treatment start time. A parent or guardian must also accompany any child aged 12 or under during their treatment. Any bookings cancelled due to non-compliance with this policy will be non-refundable.

We now only take online bookings, making it super easy to check your appointment time once booked and cancel and reschedule if/when life happens. We do not take bookings or cancellations by phone but we have made it very easy to do both online – give it a try or ask one of our team in salon or via our WhatsApp to help you.

Due to limited space within the salon, we may not always be able to accommodate additional guests. If you’d like to bring a family member or friend, please contact the salon ahead of your appointment to check availability.

The salon has a range of hot and cold drink options available, including prosecco for those over the age of 18.

If you're happy with your service, please feel free to leave a tip in cash or via the card machine. When tipping by card, you can choose to cover the 5% fee charged by the card machine, ensuring your stylist receives 100% of the tip directly to their bank account. Alternatively, you can opt out, and the stylist will forfeit the fee.

Clients are permitted to bring one small, well behaved dog with them into the salon. For the convenience of other customers, your dog must be kept on a lead while in the salon. Service animals are of course always welcome!
